description: This study aims to describe the strategy for implementing a TB elimination program based on public health education by Penabulu-STPI in the Rangkasbitung Lebak District community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study include the Coordinator & MEL TB-SO SR Penabulu-STPI Banten, Coordinator & MEL Penabulu-STPI Lebak, Rangkasbitung Health Cadres and Rangkasbitung TB Patients. The objects studied were data on the implementation of the TB elimination program in 2030. The research instruments were researchers assisted by observation, interview and documentation guidelines. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study in the implementation of health education in the form of planning, management, organizing, and control were said to have run according to its objectives in eliminating TB. The results of public health education in the form of promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative in eliminating TB were said to be good, because the program targets gained knowledge about preventing transmission and treatment. Supporting and inhibiting factors of health education are, Supporting factors, namely the aspect of health cadres where health cadres in the context of eliminating TB are professional and play a major role in helping TB patients during treatment. While the inhibiting factor is the bad social stigma in society, because people do not yet know the facts about TB.
