The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) methodology using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and involves 42 students, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The instruments utilized include questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique in this study applies validity analysis and effectiveness analysis, measured using the N-Gain Score. The implementation of the interactive media was carried out in the IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies) learning process on the topic of regional diversity. An experimental design was employed to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed media. The findings indicate that interactive media based on Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) has proven to be effective in improving elementary students’ socio-emotional skills and learning motivation, as evidenced by comprehensive N-Gain Score data. The experimental class achieved an average N-Gain Score of 0.74, whereas the control class recorded 0.29, demonstrating a high level of success in the implementation of this media. The CRT-based interactive media successfully transformed the concept of regional diversity from an abstract idea into a concrete and meaningful learning experience for students, thereby increasing their active engagement in the learning process. %O Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media interaktif berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional dan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), melibatkan 42 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua yakni kelompok eksperimen kelompok kontrol. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara dan test. Teknik analisis data penelitiannya menggunakan analisis data kevalidan dan analisis data keefektifan yang dihitung menggunakan N-Gain Skor. Implementasi media interaktif dilakukan pada pembelajaran IPAS materi Keberagaman Daerah. Desain eksperimental digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas media yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional dan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh data N-gain yang komprehensif. Dengan capaian rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,74 pada kelas eksperimen dan N-gain sebesar 0,29 pada kelas control, sehingga implementasi media ini menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi. Media interaktif berbasis CRT berhasil mengkonversi materi keberagaman daerah dari konsep abstrak menjadi pengalaman belajar yang konkret dan bermakna bagi siswa, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. %D 2025 %J UNIVERSITAS SULTAN AGENG TIRTAYASA
