description: This study has as its background the existence of problems in the achievement of  the implementation of the Recovery Supplementary Food Program (PMT-P) in  Kagungan Village, Serang Subdistrict in 2022, including less operative  community participation, inappropriate PMT-P program implementation time,  and PMT-P beneficiaries who are not on target. This study aims to determine the  achievement of PMT-P program implementation in Kagungan Village, Serang  Subdistrict in 2022. This research uses the theory of Leo Agustino's policy  evaluation model (2023) which consists of five dimensions, namely: (1) Apparatus  Resources, (2) Institutional, (3) Facilities, Infrastructure and Technology, (4)  Financial, (5) Regulation. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative  research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation,  interviews, and documentation studies. The results in this study indicate that the  achievement of the implementation of the Recovery Supplementary Feeding  program in Kagungan Village in 2022 has not run optimally enough. The  problems found by researchers are inoperative community participation, the  program implementation time not being in accordance with the stipulated time,  and the data on beneficiaries of the PMT-P program not being on target.
