Samchudi at this time, and analyze alternative strategies that are appropriate in developing the business at UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi. This research uses a combined method of qualitative and quantitative research with a case study approach. The results of the IFE matrix show that the total score is 2.95 and the EFE matrix shows that the total score is 2.84, so that in the IE matrix the position of UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi is in cell V, namely hold and maintain. Strategic priorities are determined using the QSPM matrix and the WT strategy, namely developing product innovation, is the priority strategy with a TAS score of 0.647.
