The research method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods in this study were carried out through document studies, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study consists of all employees at the Secretariat Office of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Serang City, with a sample of 95 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The instrument testing in this study was conducted on 30 non-respondents through validity and reliability tests using Smart PLS 4.1.2. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart PLS 4.1.2.
