Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 87 employees of PT. Mahiza Karya Mandiri ULP Malingping. The sample used in this study is the entire population in the study using census sampling techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool.
