Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode proyek yang melibatkan tahapan pertanyaan pemicu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan emosional anak. Anak menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kesadaran diri, rasa tanggung jawab, dan empati. Proyek-proyek seperti “kebun binatang”, “rumah”, dan “kantor” memfasilitasi anak untuk bekerja sama, berkomunikasi, dan menyelesaikan tugas secara kolaboratif. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh teori emosional Daniel Goleman dan pandangan para ahli pendidikan anak usia dini yang menekankan pentingnya pengalaman belajar kontekstual. Dengan demikian, metode proyek terbukti menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan emosional anak secara menyeluruh. abstract: This study aims to examine how the implementation of the Project-Based Learning method within the Pancasila Student Profile framework can develop the emotional abilities of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD Al-Kautsar. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of project-based learning—through stages such as trigger questions, planning, execution, and evaluation—has positively impacted children’s emotional development. Children demonstrated improvement in selfawareness, a sense of responsibility, and empathy. Projects such as “zoo,” “house,” and “office” encouraged children to collaborate, communicate, and complete tasks together. These findings are supported by Daniel Goleman’s theory of emotional intelligence and by experts in early childhood education who emphasize the importance of contextual and experiential learning.
