The theories used in this study are the theory of government action and the theory of legal protection. The method used in this study is the empirical legal method with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, the data collection techniques used. namely field studies using interview methods and library research by collecting from various literatures. The results of this study indicate that the Serang City Manpower Office has implemented its policy in handling employment termination disputes through tripartite cooperation well, but faces obstacles in the mediation process, such as low awareness or understanding of workers and companies. The conclusion is that the Serang City Manpower Office in carrying out its role in handling problems and acting fairly in deciding the results as regulated in Article 3 Paragraph 1 of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2013 is responsible for the implementation of employment has been carried out well but has not been running optimally.
