note: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hasil implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Izzah, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu anak didik, guru pendamping, pelatih dan kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband berjalan dengan baik dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi yang telah dirancang dengan matang. Keunggulan dalam kegiatan dapat dilihat dari perkembanagan anak yaitu dalam aspek kemandirian, kedisiplinan, percaya diri dan kecerdasan musikal yang meningkat hal ini dibuktikan dengan prestasi ekstrakurikuler drumband yang telah di dapatkan. Dibalik kesuksesan implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler drumband, RA Al-Izzah menerapkan SOP yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak didiknya.
abstract: This study was conducted to analyze the results of the implementation of extracurricular drumband   activities for children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Izzah, using a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this study were students, accompanying teachers, coaches and principals. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of extracurricular drumband   activities went well in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation which had been carefully designed. The advantages in the activities can be seen from the development of children, namely in terms of independence, discipline, self-confidence and musical intelligence which increased, Behind the successful implementation of the drum band extracurricular activities, RA Al-Izzah applies Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that are tailored to the needs of its students.
