description: This study aims to develop teaching materials based on Socio-Scientific Issues (SSI) on the theme of Nuclear Power Plants (PLTN) to facilitate students' critical thinking skills. The objectives of this research are to identify the development process and determine the feasibility level of the developed teaching materials. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model as the instructional design procedure, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In this study, the procedure was limited to the Development stage. The result is a teaching material themed on PLTN, structured according to the SSI stages and critical thinking indicators. The feasibility of the teaching material was assessed by validators using media and content expert validation questionnaires, as well as student response questionnaires to evaluate student perceptions. The content validation received a score of 77.81%, categorized as "feasible," and the media validation received a score of 79.16%, also categorized as "feasible." The results of the student response questionnaire showed an average score of 74.33%, which falls into the “interesting” category.
