description: This study aims to explain the effect of liquidity variable (X) with several indicators  used by the researcher, namely current ratio, cash ratio, and quick ratio, on the  variable (Y) of dividend policy proxied by dividend payout ratio in manufacturing  companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII 70). The population used in this  study consists of manufacturing companies listed on JII 70 for the period 2018-  2023. The data analyzed in this study are panel data from 9 sample companies  selected based on predetermined criteria, with a total of 54 data points used. The  results of this study show that the variable (X1) current ratio has a positive and  significant effect on dividend policy, cash ratio (X2) has a negative and significant  effect on dividend policy, and the variable (X3) quick ratio has a positive and  significant effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on JII 70  for the period 2018-2023.
