Then on the variable X2 ( Device Learning ) towards Y (Teacher Performance) , namely of 0.000 which means there is significant relationship . While that , based on correlation test results multiple in a way simultaneous that Sig.F Change , namely own mark of 0.000 which shows existence connection significant between variables X1 and X2 with Y simultaneous or in a way together . Then based on the R value is of 0.498 then can concluded that degrees relationship that is owned between variables X1 and X2 with Y have degrees connection moderate / sufficient .
