Using a quantitative Descriptive approach method that aims to determine and test the relationship between two variables or how one variable affects another. The population in this study were all employees of PERUMDA Tirta Al-Bantani totaling 164 Permanent employees, using the Random Sampling technique which means that samples were taken randomly from the total population, as many as 85 samples were processed using the smartpls version 4 statistical analysis tool. The test results obtained a calculated t value> t table (4.742> 1.96) indicating that the H1 result was accepted, which means that Work Engagement (X) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), then the calculated t value> t table (3.028> 1.96) indicating that the H2 result was accepted, which means that Job Satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), then the calculated t value> t table (7.575> 1.96) indicating that the H3 result was accepted, which means that Work Engagement (X) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z), and the calculated t value> t table (2.61> 1.96) indicating that the H4 result was accepted, which means that job satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on the relationship between Work Engagement (X) and employee performance (Y). %Z Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan Work Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada akhir penelitian ini terdapat implikasi manajerial yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PERUMDA Tirta Al-Bantani Kabupaten Serang. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif Deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menguji hubungan antara dua variabel atau bagaimana satu variabel mempengaruhi yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada seluruh karyawan tetap PERUMDA Tirta Al-Bantani berjumlah 164 karyawan, menggunakan teknik Random Sampling yang artinya sampel diambil secara acak dari total populasi, sebanyak 85 sampel diolah menggunakan alat analisis statistik smartpls versi 4. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,742>1.96) menunjukan hasil H1 diterima yang artinya Work Engagement (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), lalu nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,028>1.96) menunjukan hasil H2 diterima yang artinya Kepuasan Kerja (Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), lalu nilai t hitung > t tabel (7,575>1.96) menunjukan hasil H3 diterima yang artinya Work Engagement (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Z), dan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,61 > 1.96) menunjukan hasil H4 diterima yang artinya kepuasan kerja (Z) berpengaruh signifikan pada hubungan Work Engagement (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
