Industrial Management description: This study aims to determine the effect of Work Engagement on employee performance and to determine whether job satisfaction mediates the relationship between Work Engagement and employee performance, at the end of this study there are managerial implications that can be used as a reference in improving employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Al-Bantani, Serang Regency. Using a quantitative Descriptive approach method that aims to determine and test the relationship between two variables or how one variable affects another. The population in this study were all employees of PERUMDA Tirta Al-Bantani totaling 164 Permanent employees, using the Random Sampling technique which means that samples were taken randomly from the total population, as many as 85 samples were processed using the smartpls version 4 statistical analysis tool.
