description: This study aims to determine the effect of father involvement in parenting on the social development of children aged 5–6 years at TK IT Bina Bangsa Serang-Banten. The background of this research is based on the importance of the father's role in early childhood development, particularly in the social aspect. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed to the fathers of the students. The sample consisted of 30 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 26. The results showed a positive and significant influence of father involvement in parenting on children's social development, with a regression coefficient of 3.225 and a significance value of 0.006 (p < 0.05). The Beta coefficient of 0.436 indicates a moderate level of influence. Thus, the higher the father's involvement in parenting, the better the social development of the child. These findings emphasize the importance of the father's presence as a central figure in shaping the character and social skills of early childhood
