%T PERANCANGAN SAFETY INDUCTION PADA LINGKUNGAN KANTOR WALIKOTA CILEGON

%X The Cilegon Mayor's Office consists of six main buildings that accommodate around 4,000 people, including government employees, expert staff, and visitors. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) based on Law No. 1 Year 1970, design gathering points and evacuation routes, develop OHS SOPs, and design a safety induction program. The methods used were observation and interview. The results showed that the implementation of OHS was categorized as “not good”. The three main rallying points proposed were the apple field, center field, and parking area, with evacuation routes in each building. The SOPs designed include procedures for emergencies such as fires, earthquakes, the use of fire extinguishers, and elevator breakdowns. In addition, a safety induction video was also designed as an OSH education media.
%Z Kantor Walikota Cilegon terdiri dari enam gedung utama yang menampung sekitar 4.000 orang, termasuk pegawai pemerintah, staf ahli, dan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1970, merancang titik kumpul dan jalur evakuasi, menyusun SOP K3, serta merancang program safety induction. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 dikategorikan “tidak baik”. Tiga titik kumpul utama yang diusulkan adalah lapangan apel, lapangan tengah, dan area parkir, dengan jalur evakuasi di setiap gedung. SOP yang dirancang mencakup prosedur keadaan darurat seperti kebakaran, gempa bumi, penggunaan APAR, dan gangguan lift. Selain itu, dirancang pula video safety induction sebagai media edukasi K3.
