description: The Cilegon Mayor's Office consists of six main buildings that accommodate around 4,000 people, including government employees, expert staff, and visitors. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) based on Law No. 1 Year 1970, design gathering points and evacuation routes, develop OHS SOPs, and design a safety induction program. The methods used were observation and interview. The results showed that the implementation of OHS was categorized as “not good”. The three main rallying points proposed were the apple field, center field, and parking area, with evacuation routes in each building. The SOPs designed include procedures for emergencies such as fires, earthquakes, the use of fire extinguishers, and elevator breakdowns. In addition, a safety induction video was also designed as an OSH education media.
