Education has an important role in equipping students with knowledge and skills to achieve sustainable development in response to climate change. Therefore, there is a need for teaching materials integrated with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) on the topic of climate change. This study aims to determine the development process of physics e-modules integrated with ESD, determine the feasibility of e-modules, and determine student readability of e-modules. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D research model (define, design, develop, and dissaminate) which is limited to the develop stage. This research produced a physics e-module integrated with ESD on the topic of climate change to facilitate students' critical thinking skills, which was categorized as very feasible according to the validator's assessment. The results of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 88.2% with a very feasible category, media expert validation obtained a percentage of 86.7% with a very feasible category, and student readability test obtained a percentage of 93.6% with a high category.
