Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara deskriptif. Subjek yang diteliti meliputi guru dan anak-anak dari kelompok A di PAUD tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan evaluator sangat penting dalam merangsang motorik halus anak, melalui berbagai aktivitas seperti mewarnai, bermain plastisin, melipat, menggunting, menyusun puzzle, dan bermain dengan manik-manik atau meronce. Guru juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti terbatasnya fasilitas, kurangnya pemahaman anak terhadap petunjuk yang diberikan, serta perbedaan kemampuan motorik halus di antara anak-anak. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan aasan tentang pentingnya keberadaan guru dalam perkembangan motorik halus anak di usia dini dan menjadi acuan untuk penelitian berikutnya di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini. abstract: This study aims to explain ho teachers contribute to stimulating fine motor skills of children aged 4 to 5 years at PAUD BKB Kemas Al-Ma'arif in Serang City. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach ith a descriptive method. The subjects studied included teachers and children from group A at the PAUD. Data collection as carried out through observation, intervies, and documentation, hich ere then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as facilitators, motivators, and evaluators is very important in stimulating children's fine motor skills, through various activities such as coloring, playing plasticine, folding, cutting, assembling puzzles, and playing ith beads or stringing. Teachers also face several challenges, such as limited facilities, children's lack of understanding of the instructions given, and differences in fine motor skills among children.
