The method used in this study is a qualitative approach ith a descriptive method. The subjects studied included teachers and children from group A at the PAUD. Data collection as carried out through observation, intervies, and documentation, hich ere then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as facilitators, motivators, and evaluators is very important in stimulating children's fine motor skills, through various activities such as coloring, playing plasticine, folding, cutting, assembling puzzles, and playing ith beads or stringing. Teachers also face several challenges, such as limited facilities, children's lack of understanding of the instructions given, and differences in fine motor skills among children.
