Mitra Grafika Perdana. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining employee performance and the imbalance between work and personal life, which negatively affects job satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 52 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that: (1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Work Life Balance and employee performance.
