Namun, sistem budidaya yang masih konvensional menyebabkan pemanfaatan faktor-faktor produksi belum berjalan secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi guna mendorong peningkatan hasil panen dan pendapatan petani. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Sukarena dan Pondok Kaharu, Kecamatan Ciomas, Kabupaten Serang, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan anggota kelompok tani menggunakan kuesioner, yang mencakup data karakteristik petani, input produksi (lahan, benih, tenaga kerja, pupuk kandang, air), dan output produksi kelapa Cungap Merah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola budidaya masih bersifat alami dengan sistem tanam polikultur, serta serangan hama pada fase pembibitan masih menjadi kendala utama. Berdasarkan analisis regresi Cobb-Douglas, ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor produksi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi. Namun secara parsial, hanya penggunaan pupuk kandang yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Tingkat efisiensi penggunaan benih (19,78), air (130,76), dan pupuk kandang (92,78) menunjukkan ketidakefisienan yang tinggi, sedangkan lahan (0,48) dan tenaga kerja (0,565) juga tergolong tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani, mengingat komoditas ini telah menyumbang 31% dari total pendapatan petani dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp3.630.455. However, the conventional cultivation system causes the utilization of production factors to not run efficiently. This study aims to evaluate the level of efficiency of the use of production factors in order to encourage an increase in yield and income of farmers. The research location is in Sukarena and Pondok Kaharu Villages, Ciomas Subdistrict, Serang Regency, using descriptive quantitative method and survey approach. Data were obtained through direct interviews with farmer group members using a questionnaire, including data on farmer characteristics, production inputs (land, seeds, labor, manure, water), and outputs of Cungap Merah coconut production. The results of the analysis show that the cultivation pattern is still natural with a polyculture planting system, and pest attacks in the nursery phase are still a major obstacle. Based on Cobb-Douglas regression analysis, it was found that production factors simultaneously had a significant effect on production yield. However, partially, only the use of manure showed a significant effect. The efficiency level of using seeds (19.78), water (130.76), and manure (92.78) showed high inefficiency, while land (0.48) and labor (0.565) were also inefficient. Therefore, optimizing the use of production factors is needed to increase productivity and farmers' welfare, considering that this commodity has contributed 31% to the total income of farmers with an average of Rp3,630,455.
