These problems include lack of human resources and minimal collaboration in the training process, lack of program socialization to the community, limited facilities and infrastructure, and incompatibility of training with industry needs. This study aims to evaluate the success of competency-based job training programs using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam (2003). The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman (2023) model, which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
