It employs a quantitative method with descriptive techniques. The research population consists of FKIP Untirta students from the 2023 cohort who have completed the LSP program, selected through simple random sampling. The results indicate a significant effect of the mentoring weekly study circles on the global diversity character, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning there is an influence between variable X and variable Y. The calculated r value is 0.000 > r table, indicating a positive effect. The coefficient of determination (r square) shows a result of 0.225, indicating that the effect of implementing the mentoring weekly study circles on the character of diversity among students is 22.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of the implementation of mentoring weekly study circles (X) on the global diversity character of FKIP Untirta students.
