Tanjung Priok Port,  Banten Branch According to Law Number 1 of 1970 and How is the  Implementation and Enforcement of K3 for Loading and Unloading Workers  for Dry Bulk Goods at PT. Tanjung Priok Port, Banten Branch. The method  used in this study is empirical juridical. In this approach, researchers use legal  data sources, both primary legal materials such as laws, regulations and focus  on the collection and analysis of real and observed data. The results of the  study indicate that the legal protection regulations at PT. Tanjung Priok Port  regarding work hazards are to avoid workplace-related diseases and injuries.  This can be achieved in several ways, including developing safe work  practices, implementing production control equipment, and encouraging the  use of appropriate PPE. So for the form of legal protection given to stevedoring  workers at PT. Tanjung Priok Port for protection is to provide them with  employment insurance, health insurance and employment insurance, namely  BPJS. And for the implementation and enforcement at Tanjung Priok Port,  there is training material related to K3, along with procedures for using K3  equipment and how to handle risks if an accident occurs while working. People  who have knowledge of K3 conduct training which is usually carried out three  times a year. These trainings will provide staff with a strong understanding of  K3. In addition to this training, the company also conducts socialization about  K3.
