This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques for observation, interviews, documentation and field notes conducted in Group B which consisted of 12 children. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supporting and inhibiting factors in learning to memorize the Qur'an through the Ummi method for children aged 5-6 years at RA Al-Hanif Cilegon Banten. The results of the data analysis state that: 1) The planning of learning to memorize the Qur'an through the Ummi method at RA Al-Hanif Cilegon Banten has used a structured but flexible approach, focusing on the individual development of children. 2) The implementation of learning to memorize the Qur'an using the Ummi method at RA Al-Hanif Cilegon Banten has gone very well as seen from various aspects studied in the success of learning to memorize the Qur'an using the Ummi method. 3) The assessment of tahfidz learning using the Ummi method at RA Al-Hanif Cilegon Banten has been carried out well in accordance with the guidelines contained in the administration book of the Ummi method instructor which can be seen from the individual children's abilities in reading and memorizing the Al-Quran. 4) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Ummi method in tahfidz learning, the supporting factors are the Seven stages of the Ummi method which are systematically designed to facilitate children's understanding, Using an easy, fun, and touching approach, and appropriate teaching media in tahfidz learning.
