N2  - This study investigated how teachers used cookie chatbot to teach English writing skills and students' perceptions of the use of cookie chatbot application in the classroom. The method used was a case study at SMAN 1 Ciomas. The research involved observation of teachers using cookie chatbot and questionnaires on students. The research findings revealed that teachers used cookie chatbot as a tool for student engagement in writing activities, students responded positively to the cookie chatbot for its ability to make learning fun. The results of this study indicate positively that the cookie chatbot web application can be used in the teaching and learning process. More students agreed that learning using cookie chatbot was fun, increasing their enthusiasm and confidence. This research focuses on the use of digital tools such as chatbot cookies to find out students' writing responses by using chatbot cookies. It is concluded from this study that the cookie chatbot application can help students learn to write English. It is a tool that teachers use to help learning English writing. Learning becomes more fun, increases students' enthusiasm, and boosts confidence.

untuk mengajarkan keterampilan menulis bahasa Inggris dan persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi chatbot
di kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di SMAN
1 Ciomas. Penelitian ini melibatkan observasi terhadap guru yang menggunakan cookie chatbot
dan kuesioner terhadap siswa. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru
menggunakan cookie chatbot sebagai alat untuk keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan menulis, siswa
merespon positif terhadap cookie chatbot karena kemampuannya untuk membuat pembelajaran
menyenangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara positif bahwa aplikasi cookie chatbot web
dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Lebih banyak siswa
yang setuju bahwa belajar menggunakan cookie chatbot menyenangkan, meningkatkan antusiasme dan kepercayaan diri mereka. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan alat digital seperti
chatbot cookie untuk mengetahui respon menulis siswa dengan menggunakan chatbot
cookie. Disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa aplikasi chatbot cookie
dapat membantu siswa belajar menulis bahasa Inggris. Ini adalah alat yang digunakan guru untuk membantu
pembelajaran menulis bahasa Inggris. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan, meningkatkan antusiasme siswa, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri.
