The method used was a case study at SMAN 1 Ciomas. The research involved observation of teachers using cookie chatbot and questionnaires on students. The research findings revealed that teachers used cookie chatbot as a tool for student engagement in writing activities, students responded positively to the cookie chatbot for its ability to make learning fun. The results of this study indicate positively that the cookie chatbot web application can be used in the teaching and learning process. More students agreed that learning using cookie chatbot was fun, increasing their enthusiasm and confidence. This research focuses on the use of digital tools such as chatbot cookies to find out students' writing responses by using chatbot cookies. It is concluded from this study that the cookie chatbot application can help students learn to write English. It is a tool that teachers use to help learning English writing. Learning becomes more fun, increases students' enthusiasm, and boosts confidence.
