This study examines the   requirements, assessment process and credit approval, as well as the obstacles   and solutions faced in providing credit. The observation method used in this final   assignment is direct observation with the data obtained being data from direct   interviews and other supporting data obtained from PT. Regional Development   Bank of West Java and Banten Tbk Palima Serang sub-branch office.  The results   of observations in this final project show that the credit granting mechanism   involves the stages of submitting an application, document verification, feasibility   assessment based on the 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Capital, Conditions,   Collateral), approval by the credit committee, signing the agreement, and   disbursement of funds. From the results of the discussion, it was found that every   customer or prospective debtor who would apply for Guna Bhakti credit at PT.   West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank Tbk Palima Serang sub  branch office, is required to fulfill all specified requirements such as resident   identity card (KTP), Taxpayer's basic value (NPW), proof of last salary, employee   appointment decision letter and other mandatory requirements- requirements that   must be fulfilled. Guna Bhakti Products at PT. West Java and Banten Regional   Development Bank Tbk Palima Serang sub-branch office routinely carries out   internal evaluations on the credit section of credit granting services.
