This research used descriptive method   with qualitative approach. The data sources in this study were obtained from 9   informants consisting of the Food Security Office which includes 1 Head of the   Agricultural Production Team, 1 Head of the Food Diversity Team, and 1 Head of   the Food Safety Team and the KWT Anthurium management and the RW 03   community who joined KWT Anthurium. Data collection techniques were carried   out by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques include   3 stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or   verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the principles of POAC   management (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) help KWT Anthurium   in implementing the implementation of the KRPL program practically and   sustainably. (2) The implementation of the KRPL program provides a variety of   benefits that not only focus on the provision and access to food needs, but also help   stabilize the household economy. (3) The participation of KWT Anthurium reflects   active involvement through 4 main aspects in decision making, implementation,   benefit taking and evaluation which shows effective cooperation between the   community, KWT, and government agencies.
