description: Indonesia as a tropical archipelago has a high level of vulnerability to drought events triggered by climate variability, changes in temperature and rainfall. This has a significant impact on water availability, especially in Serang Regency. This study aims to analyse the potential of drought-prone areas in Serang Regency using rainfall and temperature parameters. This research uses secondary data including rainfall and temperature processed using non-experimental quantitative research methods with spatial analysis and SARIMA. The results showed that the central to eastern areas of Serang Regency have a high level of drought vulnerability, with spatial validation showing an accuracy level of 84.61%. The SPEI index tends to be more sensitive than SPI in detecting drought stress due to the influence of temperature. This approach is considered effective to support early warning system and drought risk mitigation.
