Based on interview results, workers reported complaints of pain in their hands during the stamping process. This study aims to propose improvements to reduce work burden and evaluate working posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method, along with observing hand movements through the Left and Right Hand Maps. This research focuses on the stamping workstation, which includes wax dipping and fabric stamping activities. The RULA assessment results show that the wax dipping activity scored 5 for the left side and 7 for the right side (indicating medium and high risk levels). The fabric stamping activity scored 5 on the left side and 6 on the right side (medium risk). During wax dipping, workers frequently performed splashing movements to minimize wax sticking to the stamp tool. The proposed improvements in this study include redesigning the workstation using CATIA and AutoCAD software, rearranging the layout, adding assistive tools, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The proposed improvements were implemented and evaluated. The evaluation results showed a reduction in the RULA score to 3 (low risk) for all activities. In the wax dipping process, workers successfully eliminated the splashing ovement by modifying the work method according to the SOP and utilizing the provided assistive tools to reduce wax residue on the stamp tool.
