(Ori 212 dan Or Trident Hijau) pada sistem tumpang sari di Desa Sidamukti, Kecamatan Baros, Kabupaten Serang, Banten. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penentuan titik sampel dilakukan secara sistematis pada garis diagonal. Sehingga pada setiap plot masing-masing varietas tanaman cabai rawit terdapat 5 titik sampel. Serangga dikoleksi menggunakan jaring apung dan perangkap panci kuning, diawetkan dalam alkohol 70\%, kemudian diidentifikasi dan dihitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima genus hama serangga yaitu Bactrocera sp., Gryllus sp., Oxya sp., Nilaparvata sp., dan Aphis sp. This study aims to examine the diversity, uniformity, dominance, and types of insect pests found in two varieties (Ori 212 and Or Trident Hijau) of bird?s eye chilli (Capsicum frutescens L.) in an intercropping system in Sidamukti Village, Baros District, Serang Regency, Banten. The purposive sampling method used was purposive sampling. The determination of the sample point is carried out systematically on the diagonal line. So that in each plot of each variety of bird?s eye chilli plants there are 5 sampling points. The insects were collected using sweep nets and yellow pan traps, preserved in 70\% alcohol, then identified and counted. The results showed five genera of insect pests: Bactrocera sp., Gryllus sp., Oxya sp., Nilaparvata sp., and Aphis sp. The diversity index was moderate, the evenness index was relatively high, and the dominance index was relatively low in the two chili varieties studied.} }
