Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari wawancara 14 responden, serta data sekunder berupa dokumen yang relevan, foto-foto dokumentasi lokasi penelitian, dan foto-foto kegiatan pelatihan bahasa Jepang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian pelatihan Bahasa Jepang menunjukkan 1) Pelaksanaan pelatihan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, ditunjukkan melalui waktu pelatihan, tempat pelatihan, pelaksana pelatihan dan materi pelatihan. 2) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap pada diri peserta pelatihan mengacu pada 3 indikator yaitu Kognitif (paham tentang Bahasa Jepang), Afektif (menyenangi Bahasa Jepang), dan Psikomotorik (terampil berbahasa Jepang). 3) Faktor pendukung pelatihan Bahasa Jepang meliputi peran instruktur dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia serta faktor penghambat atau kendala seperti perbedaan latar belakang peserta dan keterbatasan keuangan.}, keywords = {Japanese, Job Readiness, Skills, Training Bahasa Jepang, Kesiapan Kerja, Keterampilan, Pelatihan}, abstract = {This research aims to find out: (1) Implementation of Japanese language training at LPK Yoshida Gakkou Tangerang Regency. (2) The results of Japanese language training in improving the job readiness of trainees at LPK Yoshida Gakkou in Tangerang Regency. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of Japanese language training at LPK Yoshida Gakkou Tangerang Regency. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data sources used were primary data from interviews with 14 respondents, as well as secondary data in the form of relevant documents, photographs of research location documentation, and photographs of Japanese language training activities. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the Japanese language training research show 1) The implementation of the training has been carried out well, indicated by the training time, training venue, training organizers and training materials. 2) There is an increase in knowledge, skills and attitudes in trainees referring to 3 indicators, namely Cognitive (understanding of Japanese), Affective (liking Japanese), and Psychomotor (skilled in speaking Japanese). 3) Supporting factors for Japanese language training include the role of instructors and available infrastructure and inhibiting factors or obstacles such as differences in participant backgrounds and financial limitations.}, url = {https://eprints.untirta.ac.id/49922/} }
