The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of work culture and achievement motivation, as well as to understand the interaction between the two variables on the quality of learning. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis techniques involve statistical calculations using SPSS Statistics version 23, with attention to prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis.The instrument trial was conducted on 30 teachers, resulting in 60 questions across 3 research variables—all of which were declared valid. The final research instrument was distributed to a sample of 86 teachers from public vocational high schools across Serang City. The results of the t-test (partial test) for the Work Culture variable showed a significance value of 0.002, which is less than 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that Work Culture has a significant influence on the Quality of Learning. The significance value for the Achievement Motivation variable was 0.000, which is also less than 0.05, indicating that Achievement Motivation likewise has a significant influence on the Quality of Learning. The results of the F-test (simultaneous test) showed an F count of 84.179 with a significance value of 0.000, which is below 0.05. This indicates that both Work Culture and Achievement Motivation jointly have a strong influence on the Quality of Learning.
