description: This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Effectiveness, Interpersonal  Communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Graha  Kencana Damai, Serang City.  In this research there are four variables, namely Work Effectiveness (X1),  Interpersonal Communication (X2), work discipline (X3), and employee  performance (Y). This research involved all employees of PT. Graha Kencana  Damai, Serang City as a sample is 61 employees. The data collection method used  in this research is using a questionnaire and analyzing the data using Structural  Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4 student  version software.  The results of this research show that: (1) Work Effectiveness has a positive and  significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Interpersonal Communication has  a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Discipline has  a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
