The research population consisted of all civil servants at the DP3AKKB Banten Province, totaling 63 people, using employees from the year 2024. The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or saturated sampling, which involved collecting data from the entire population relevant to the study. Data for this study were collected through a questionnaire used as an instrument, followed by analysis using quantitative methods processed with the SmartPLS software program version 4.
