description: The main objective of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of the  implementation of electronic performance and work skills on employee  performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research  population consisted of all civil servants at the DP3AKKB Banten Province,  totaling 63 people, using employees from the year 2024. The sampling technique  used in this study was census sampling or saturated sampling, which involved  collecting data from the entire population relevant to the study. Data for this study  were collected through a questionnaire used as an instrument, followed by analysis  using quantitative methods processed with the SmartPLS software program version  4. The results of the study indicate that electronic performance has a positive and  significant effect on employee performance, work skills have a positive but  insignificant effect on employee performance, electronic performance has a positive  and significant effect on job satisfaction, work skills have a positive and significant  effect on job satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on  employee performance, job satisfaction can mediate electronic performance on  employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate work skills on employee  performance.
