%O Terung memiliki sumber gizi yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Produksi terung ungu setiap tahun mengalami penurunan hal ini disebabkan oleh penurunan tingkat kesuburan tanah sehingga berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi terung ungu. Salah satu faktor yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi terung dapat melalui penggunaan media tanam dan pemberian pupuk organik yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung ungu (Solanum melongena L.) varietas yuvita F1. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Perumahan Bumi Bekasi Baru IV, Kelurahan Bojong Menteng, Kecamatan Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, dengan koordinat 6°17'44"S 106°59'48"E mulai bulan November 2024 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. faktor pertama adalah kombinasi media tanam (K) dan faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kotoran hewan kambing (M). Faktor pertama memiliki 3 taraf, yaitu kombinasi media tanam tanah + arang sekam 1:1 (M1), tanah + cocopeat 1:1 (M2), tanah + arang sekam + cocopeat 1:1:1 (M3). Faktor kedua yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu K1= 6.000 kg/ha (342 g/polybag), K2 = 8.000 kg/ha (456 g/polybag), K3 = 10.000 kg/ha (570 g/polybag). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga diperoleh 27 satuan percobaan, setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 3 polybag, sehingga jumlah benih kakao yang ditanam sebanyak 81 polybag. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi media tanam tanah + arang sekam (M1) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 36 HST (30,68 cm), jumlah daun 22 HST (5,21 helai) dan 36 HST (8,18 helai), jumlah buah per tanaman 61 HST (2,00 buah), 56-71 HST (5,33 buah), bobot buah per tanaman 56 HST (376,22 g), 61 HST (365,88 g) dan 56-71 HST (957, 11 g). Pemberian pupuk kotoran hewan kambing 570 g/polybag (K3) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 36 HST (30,94 cm) dan bobot buah per tanaman 56 HST (336,56 g) dan 56-71 HST (779,56 g). Terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan kombinasi media tanam dan pupuk kotoran hewan kambing terhadap parameter panjang buah per tanaman 56-71 HST.

%X The research was aimed to know the combination of planting media and effect of dosing goat manure fertilizer on the growth and yield of eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) Yuvita F1 Variety. This research was carried out from November 2024 until Februari 2025 at the Bumi Bekasi Baru IV Housing Complex, Bojong Menteng Village, Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City, West Java, with coordinates 6°17'44"S 106°59'48"E. This research used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) as factorial consisted of two factors and three replications. The first factor was the combination of planting media level (M) which consisted of three levels, namely M1 = soil + rice husk charcoal (1:1), M2= soil + cocopeat (1:1), M3= soil + rice husk charcoal + cocopeat (1:1:1). The second factor was the effect of dosing goat manure fertilizer (K) which consisted of three levels, namely K1= 6.000 kg/ha same as 342 g/polybag, K2 = 8.000 kg/ha same as 456 g/polybag, K3 = 10.000 kg/ha same as 570 g/polybag. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so that 27 experimental units were obtained, each experimental unit consisting of 3 polybags, so that the number of cocoa seeds planted was 81 polybags.The results showed that the treatment at a combination of planting media soil + rice husk charcoal gave the best effect on the parameters namely the plant height at 36 days after planting (DAP) (30.68 cm), the number of leaves at 22 DAP (5.21 leaves), 36 DAP (8.18 leaves), the number of fruit per plant at 61 DAP (2.00 fruit), 56-71 DAP (5.33 fruit), the fruit weight per plant at 56 DAP (376.22 g), 61 DAP (365.88 g) and 56-71 DAP (956.11 g). The doses of goat manure fertilizer 570 g/polybag gave the best effect on the parameters namely the plant height at 36 DAP (30.94 cm), the fruit weight per plant at 56 DAP (336.56 g) and 56-71 DAP (779.56 g). There was an interaction between the treatment of giving the combination of planting media with the doses of goat manure fertilizer to the parameters of the fruit length per plant 56-71 DAP.
