However, fluctuating sales trends have prompted Roktal Snack UMKM to determine alternative strategies in running their milkfish bone cracker business. The research was conducted at Jl. Swadaya, Kramatwatu Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. The research method used was descriptive analysis employing a three-decision analysis framework with the help of SPACE matrix analysis and QSPM analysis. The results showed that Roktal Snack UMKM, in implementing the business development strategy for milkfish bone crackers, is in an aggressive position, with the generated alternative strategies being backward integration, forward integration, market penetration, and market development. The obtained alternative strategies were then prioritized for implementation, and it was found that the priority order for the milkfish bone cracker business strategies is market penetration, followed by market development, backward integration, and Forward integration.
