description: This research aims to determine the effect of Profitability, which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage, which is proxied by Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), on Company Value, which is proxied by price-to-book value (PBV), with the Activity Ratio, which is proxied by Total Assets Turnover (TATO), as a moderating variable. The population used in this research is all companies listed on the IDX30 Index for the 2018-2023 period. The sample consisted of 14 companies, selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that (1) profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on company value; (2) leverage (DER) has a significant positive effect on company value; (3) the activity ratio has a significant positive effect on company value; (4) the activity ratio can moderate the effect of Profitability on company value; and (5) the activity ratio can moderate the effect of leverage on company value.
