description: This study aims to analyze the preservation of Banten's local wisdom values through the Panjang Mulud tradition in strengthening the civic culture of the community in the Old Banten Area. The Panjang Mulud tradition, which is held every 12 Rabiul Awal, is not only a religious celebration but also reflects the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, and social solidarity. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with an ethnographic approach, involving interviews, observations, and documentation of community leaders, kenadziran, and local residents. The results of the study indicate that Panjang Mulud is able to strengthen civic culture through active community involvement, mutual trust, tolerance, and community spirit. However, this tradition faces challenges such as the impact of modernization, economic constraints, and minimal cultural regeneration. Conservation efforts require collaboration between the community, traditional leaders, educational institutions, and the government. This study concludes that Panjang Mulud is not only a cultural heritage, but also an effective means of forming ethical and responsible citizenship characters.
