Al-Mg alloy is one of the alloys that can be used in car component applications, because this alloy has interannealing ability, weldability and high strength after forming. The addition of more than 5% of the magnesium element to casting products in a suitable aluminum-silicon alloy can increase the mechanical strength of the alloy. One of the methods used in this research is die casting which will later be processed by hot rolling. In this research, variables were used in the form of the addition of magnesium elements and homogenization temperature. The addition of magnesium elements used in this research was 3%, 5% and 7%.
