description: The study aims to describe the influence of training and professional competence on  the quality of learning, as well as to test the role of work culture as a mediating variable  at MA in Walantaka District. The study used an explanatory method with a quantitative  approach. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire on 71 respondents  using a total sampling technique. The study used a path analysis technique to test the  influence of independent variables on dependent variables using SPSS 26. The results  of the study showed that: there is a significant positive direct effect of training on the  quality of learning with a path coefficient of 0.261, sig. 0.022 and t value of 4.730.  Professional competence on the quality of learning has a significant direct effect with  a path coefficient of 0.208, sig. 0.046 and t value 3.656. Work culture on the quality of  teacher learning has a significant positive direct effect with a path coefficient of 0.342,  sig. 0.003 and t value 5.404. Training on the quality of learning through work culture  has an indirect effect with a mediation effect on the sobel t value of 2.484. professional  competence on the quality of learning through work culture does not have an indirect  effect with a mediation effect on the sobel test value of 1.392. Simultaneously, training,  professional competence and work culture have a positive direct impact on work  behavior of 49.9%, the remaining 50.1% is the contribution of other variables not  included in the study.
