Industrial Management description: This research aims to test, analyze, and prove how work performance and teamwork influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Banten Manpower and Transmigration Service with a sample of 153 respondents using a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type. The data analysis method is by using the smartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square) application.
