description: This research aims to test, analyze, and prove how work performance and teamwork influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Banten Manpower and Transmigration Service with a sample of 153 respondents using a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type. The data analysis method is by using the smartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square) application. The test results show that 1) Work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3)Work performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 4) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of work performance   on employee performance; 7) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of teamwork on employee performance
