This research was hampered by the low level of students' understanding of mathematical concepts in general. However, there are no learning media that is specifically used to measure students' concept understanding ability. The phenomenon that often occurs is that math learning is considered less interesting, monotonous, and low student involvement and lack of use of technology integrated with games. Therefore, it is necessary to develop interactive E-LKPD with scratch game integration to measure students' mathematical concept understanding ability. This research used the Borg & Gall development model. This research was conducted at SMPN 18 Serang City with 40 respondents in class VIII. The results of the material expert validity test obtained a score of 83% and the media expert obtained a score of 85%, so it was declared very valid. The practicality test results based on student response to questionnaires that obtained a value of 76%, so it was stated with practical criteria. The effectiveness test results obtained a value of 83% from the measurement results through the test of students' mathematical concept understanding ability, so it was declared effective. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa secara umum. Namun belum tersedianya media pembelajaran yang secara khusus digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Fenomena yang sering terjadi bahwa pembelajaran matematika dinilai kurang menarik, monoton, dan rendahnya keterlibatan siswa serta kurangnya penggunaan teknologi yang terintegrasi dengan game. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan E-LKPD interaktif dengan integrasi game scratch untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 18 Kota Serang dengan responden berjumlah 40 siswa kelas VIII. Hasil uji kevalidan ahli materi diperoleh nilai 83% dan ahli media diperoleh nilai 85%, sehingga dinyatakan sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan berdasarkan angket respons siswa diperoleh nilai 76%, sehingga dinyatakan dengan kriteria praktis. Hasil uji keefektifan diperoleh nilai 83% dari hasil pengukuran melalui tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa, sehingga dinyatakan efektif. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, produk E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah.
