This study explains the implementation of the drill method in the reading ability of Hijaiyah Letters of speech delay children aged 5 years at TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School. The method used in this study is qualitative research, and is analyzed by means of descriptive analysis that clearly explains the data collected, and then uses a case study with an in-depth approach that emphasizes a deep understanding of the implementation of the drill method in the reading ability of Hijaiyah Letters in speech delay children aged 5 years at TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the drill method to improve the ability to read Hijaiyah Letters, Children can read or pronounce one to four letters during one semester.
