description: This study focuses on the Effectiveness of Population Administration Pick-up Service at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cilegon City. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the Population Administration Pick-up Service is for the Cilegon City Community in the process of making e-KTP, Child Identity Card (KIA), and Family Card (KK) at the Cilegon City Population and Civil Registration Office. This study uses Duncan's theory in (Steers: 2010) to measure the effectiveness of program implementation, including the dimensions of goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with statistical analysis. The sampling technique uses the snowball sampling method of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the population administration pick-up service at the Cilegon City Population and Civil Registration Office obtained a calculation result of 82.3% and was declared effective. The results were obtained from the hypothesis test criteria where the calculation result of the calculated r value was greater than the r table (21.287> 1.290) so in this study the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. The researcher's suggestions include, Improving facilities and infrastructure, especially by adding equipment for population document services and increasing the number of operational cars, Even socialization regarding the outreach service in making population documents, Increasing the dissemination of information about outreach services through online media, such as Dukcapil websites and social media such as Instagram and Facebook, Maintaining programs or innovations that have been implemented, the implementation of outreach services can be carried out on weekends or work or school holidays.
