Based on this, the present study aims to describe the general profile of interpersonal communication among verbal bullying victims in the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 10 Kota Serang. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, utilizing a saturated sampling technique that involves all members of the population, totaling 111 students identified as victims of verbal bullying out of 342 students. The research instruments consist of two scales: the verbal bullying scale, which includes indicators such as name-calling, insulting, swearing, and mocking, with a reliability value of 0.765; and the interpersonal communication scale, which covers indicators of openness, empathy, supportiviness, positiviness, and equality, with a reliability value of 0.929. The results indicate that the level of verbal bullying is categorized as high at 99.1%, with all four bullying indicators also in the high category. Meanwhile, the students’ interpersonal communication level is categorized as high at 56.8%, with all five indicators in the high category. Although students identified as victims of verbal bullying demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills, 40.5% of students are in the moderate category, and 0.9% are in the low category.
