Linguistics description: This research is motivated by the culture of indigenous people in Kasepuhan Cicarucub, Lebak, and Banten in conceptualizing non-medical diseases and maintaining a healthy culture with local knowledge passed down from generation to generation. This study aims to (a) describe the form of lingual units of the lexicon of non-medical disease names in Kasepuhan Cicarucub, Lebak, and Banten and (b) describe the cultural meaning contained in the lexicon of non-medical disease names in Kasepuhan Cicarucub, Lebak, Banten. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with anthropolinguistic studies. The data collection technique used is an in-depth interview method with basic fishing techniques and advanced techniques in the form of face-to-face conversation, note-taking, and recording techniques. Furthermore, the data sources in this study are notes from observations during traditional healing rituals and transcriptions of recordings in the form of ethnomedicinal lexicons of non-medical diseases in Sundanese, which contain complete information about cultural meaning. The data analysis technique used in this study is the extra lingual matching method with the basic technique of separating determinants (PUP), and the advanced technique used is the technique of connecting, comparing, and differentiating (HBB). Based on the results of in- depth interviews and participant observations, 25 data were obtained as lexicons. The data are detailed as follows: (1) non-medical disease names of monomorphemic words as many as 6 data; (2) non-medical disease names of polymorphemics as many as 13 data; (3) non-medical disease names of nominal phrases as many as 3 data; (4) non-medical disease names of verbal phrases as many as 2 data; and (5) non-medical disease names of adjective phrases as many as 1 data. Other findings in the form of cultural meanings of 25 ethnomedicinal lexicon data of non-medical diseases contain cultural values, prioritize politeness values as social control, investigate the relationship between humans and nature, the relationship between humans and individuals, the relationship between humans and God, and the relationship between humans and the supernatural.
