description: Children with cerebral palsy are children who experience physical and motor problems caused by damage in the brain. One of the common consequences of children with cerebral palsy is difficulty in doing motor activities, both gross and fine. In daily activities, fine motor skills become a basic element that needs to be mastered by children, cerebral palsy is no exception. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of fine motor skills of children with cerebral palsy type hemiplegia using the traditional game congklak. In this study, playing congklak with a game based learning approach is the treatment given. This research is a quantitative type of experimental method with a single subject research (SSR) approach and uses an A-B-A reversal design. The data collection technique used is a treatment test through instruments that have been tested for content validity in the form of expert judgment and internal consistency reliability test with the alpha cronbach technique. The data analysis technique in this research is a descriptive statistical technique with the results obtained in the form of a graph. The subject studied was a child with cerebral palsy type hemiplegia grade 4 (phase B) SDKh with the initials AR. Based on the results of research showing that the implementation of the congklak game is able to improve fine motor skills cerebral palsy type hemiplegia in SKh Sofiana Arrauf, shown by the increase in the average data value of the four target behaviors (moving fingers, picking, holding and moving objects) after giving intervention/treatment. Thus, the conclusion of this study is that the traditional game of congklak is able to improve fine motor skills cerebral palsy type of hemiplegia grade 4 SDKh in SKh Sofiana Arrauf.
